SkyAtlantida provides adventure tourism services directly and is responsible for organizing and delivering booked activities through skyatlantida.com. We determine the purposes and methods of processing personal data within our operations.

8. Terms and Conditions of Service
Each service is subject to its own specific conditions outlined on the respective service pages. Adventure activities take place in mountainous regions where weather conditions are critical. Activities may be postponed or canceled due to weather or safety concerns. We ask our clients for understanding in such situations.
9. Booking, Cancellation, and Deposit Refund Policy
Booking Process:
Services can be booked directly through the Website. SkyAtlantida organizes and delivers all booked activities directly. Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a deposit or full amount.
Payment and Booking Confirmation:
Payments are processed via Bank of Georgia. After successful payment, a booking confirmation will be sent by email. In case of errors or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposit Payments:
- The deposit secures a reservation for a specific date and time.
- The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service.
- Late arrivals or no-shows result in loss of the deposit.
- If an event is canceled by SkyAtlantida due to weather or safety concerns, 100% of the deposit is refunded.
- All payment processing fees are borne by the client.
Full Payments:
- Full payment secures a reservation for a specific date and time.
- Full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 10 days before the event.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event are non-refundable.
- Late arrivals or no-shows result in cancellation without refund.
- If canceled by SkyAtlantida for safety reasons, 100% of the payment is refunded.
Gift Certificates:
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Certificates may be extended upon payment of 50% of their current value.
- Reservations must be made 3–10 days in advance.
- No-shows result in forfeiture without refund.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to skyatlantidabooking@gmail.com or via WhatsApp as listed on the contact page. Refunds are processed within three business days.
11. Modification of Booking Terms
SkyAtlantida reserves the right to modify booking terms for safety reasons. Clients will be informed of any changes as early as possible.
12. Liability for Personal Property
SkyAtlantida is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during any activity.
13. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
SkyAtlantida is not liable for service changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, activities may be rescheduled or canceled in the interest of safety.
