Message the SkyAtlantida teamImportant information before using the website and booking
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the SkyAtlantida website, communication with our team, booking requests, deposits, final payments, and other services presented on our pages. This document explains how booking works, how payments are handled, how personal information may be used, and what extra rules may apply to specific services.
SkyAtlantida provides booking, organization, and coordination services for outdoor experiences in Georgia. We help clients choose a suitable experience format and connect them with independent, professional service providers. Activities, rentals, instruction, transfers, and other related services may be delivered by licensed third parties or partner operators, depending on the selected service.
Before booking, please review not only this page but also the page for the specific service you choose. Some activities have separate safety briefings, rental terms, participant requirements, or additional operational details.
General terms of use
1. Scope
These terms apply to website use, inquiries, bookings, deposits, final payments, and communication with our team about services listed on the SkyAtlantida website.
2. SkyAtlantida’s role
SkyAtlantida acts as an organizer, coordinator, and booking service. Unless a specific page clearly states otherwise, SkyAtlantida is not the direct operator of the underlying activity.
3. Acceptance of terms
By using the website, contacting our team, submitting a request, or making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms, together with the terms of the specific service.
4. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, availability, weather conditions, seasonal access, partner schedules, prices, and route details may change and must be confirmed during booking.
5. Service availability
Outdoor services depend on weather, safety decisions, road conditions, seasonal access, lift schedules, equipment availability, and partner capacity. A service shown on the website does not mean automatic confirmation without final approval.
6. Intellectual property
Website texts, structure, visual elements, photos, videos, design, and brand materials are protected and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission, unless otherwise allowed by third-party rights.
Booking, payment, rescheduling, and refunds
A booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed deposit or full payment has been received and accepted.
Most prices on the website are listed in GEL. If another currency is shown, the actual payment may still be processed in GEL based on the rate used by the payment system or your bank at the time of the transaction.
Card payments and payment links are processed through Bank of Georgia or other secure payment tools clearly specified on the website or during booking.
A deposit reserves time in the schedule, organizational work, coordination with partners, and service availability for your request. Unless a service page says otherwise, the deposit is usually non-refundable after confirmation.
If a service cannot be provided safely or operational limits arise, the booking may be moved to another available date, time, or format. Safety always comes first.
We reserve the right to decline, pause, or correct a transaction in case of an obvious pricing mistake, technical error, duplicate payment, elevated chargeback risk, or signs of fraud.
Cancellation deposit policy
- If a booking is canceled by the client, a group participant, or the payer, the deposit is generally non-refundable.
- If the client arrives late, does not stay in contact, declines to participate on-site, or does not match essential details shared in advance, the deposit may also be retained.
- If participation is not possible for reasons related to the client — such as health issues, weight limits, missing documents, unsuitable clothing or equipment, late arrival, or other personal circumstances — the deposit is generally non-refundable.
- If the service cannot start or continue due to unsafe weather, official restrictions, road closures, technical impossibility, or other external factors, SkyAtlantida may offer rescheduling to another date or time.
- A deposit refund may only be available if the service is canceled by SkyAtlantida or cannot be organized for objective reasons before the service begins, and the parties do not agree on a new date or a reasonable alternative format.
- Some activities may have separate cancellation, weather rescheduling, and refund rules. In those cases, the relevant service-specific page also applies.
Unless a specific service page sets stricter or separate rules, the general logic is as follows: a confirmed payment applies to the booking and organization service, time reservation, coordination with providers, and operational preparation. If the service cannot be delivered due to safety conditions, weather, or force majeure, SkyAtlantida may offer to reschedule the booking, keep the paid amount for a new date, or propose another reasonable organizational solution, depending on the situation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Each cancellation or change request is reviewed individually based on timing, the selected service, and the rules shown on the relevant page.
- Late arrival, no-show, missing participant details, refusal to follow safety instructions, or failure to meet the stated requirements may affect whether the service can be provided.
- If the issue is related to weather, safety, or operations, the standard solution is usually rescheduling rather than an automatic refund.
- If a specific service page includes a separate cancellation policy, that policy takes priority for that service.
- Bank fees, exchange rate differences, and payment platform fees may be non-refundable where legally permitted and where they reflect actual costs already incurred.
Liability and force majeure
- Outdoor activities depend on changing conditions such as weather, visibility, wind, snow, traffic, road conditions, seasonal limitations, the participant’s physical condition, and technical factors.
- SkyAtlantida is not responsible for an inability to provide a service due to force majeure, including weather events, natural risks, road restrictions, official bans, partner delays, or other outside circumstances.
- Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including age, weight, experience level, riding or flying skills, health-related considerations, and other material details.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

More details for each service
This page contains the general rules for website use, booking, payment, rescheduling, refunds, cookies, and data processing. For specific activities, SkyAtlantida also provides dedicated pages with more detailed rules, eligibility requirements, safety logic, participation conditions, and additional restrictions.
If you are booking a specific service, we strongly recommend reading that service page as well. Those pages do not replace these main Terms and Conditions. They supplement them and help explain the details of the selected activity more clearly.

Below you can find pages with more detailed information about specific activities, eligibility requirements, organization, safety, booking logic, and participation details.
How booking works
Frequently asked questions
Is SkyAtlantida the direct operator of every activity?
No. SkyAtlantida primarily provides booking, organization, and coordination services. Specific activities may be carried out by independent third parties or partner teams depending on the selected format.
Do some services have their own additional rules?
Yes. Many service pages include separate terms related to timing, safety, weather, participant restrictions, rentals, training, or rescheduling. They should be read together with this page.
Can a booking be moved because of weather?
Yes. Weather and safety conditions may require a change in time, date, route, launch point, meeting location, or even service format. Safety decisions always take priority over the original schedule.
Is the deposit refundable?
A deposit usually reserves a slot in the schedule and covers organizational work. The exact outcome depends on the service page, timing, and the reason for the change. In many cases, rescheduling is the standard solution.
What law applies to this page?
Unless mandatory consumer or data protection rules require otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the laws of Georgia. Any non-waivable legal rights of the user remain fully in effect.
How can I ask a question about booking or privacy?
Message the SkyAtlantida team on WhatsApp or by email. To help us respond faster, include your name, booking date, service name, and the phone number or email you used when contacting us.
