1Who we are and what you buy

SkyAtlantida is a brand of Sole Entrepreneur Serhii Mykhailiuta (Georgia, reg. 329338355). We provide booking and coordination of flights, training, tours, transfers and activities. The activities themselves are performed by independent licensed operators and pilots on their own responsibility. Payment confirms the purchase of booking and coordination services.

2Booking

We handle booking and scheduling via WhatsApp/Telegram. A booking is made once a manager confirms availability and the deposit is paid. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details (participants, weight, health, level) — safety and service selection depend on them.

3Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and/or GEL; prices on the site are indicative and may change with the season, and the manager confirms the final amount for your dates and party. A deposit secures the booking, is part of the service price and is deducted from the total; the balance is paid by invoice after confirmation or in cash on site on the day of the service. Payment: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank of Georgia, bank transfer.

4Deposits, reschedules and cancellations

Deposits by service: tandem flight — 95 GEL / €35 per slot; paragliding courses — €300 (Basic and Advanced courses), SIV — €200 per module; XC trip — 30% of the price (non-refundable, except if the group does not gather); buggy — 150 GEL / 50 EUR per buggy; quad bike — 95 GEL / 35 EUR per quad (30 and 60 min), 150 GEL / 50 EUR (90 and 120 min); horse riding — 95 GEL / 35 EUR per horse (45 min), 150 GEL / 50 EUR per horse (3–4 h and 5–6 h); rafting — 210 GEL / 70 EUR per raft; skydiving — 280 GEL / 95 EUR per person; husky ride — 80 GEL / 30 EUR per person; snowmobiles — 95 GEL / 35 EUR per snowmobile (scenic format) and 300 GEL / 100 EUR per snowmobile (freeride); ski/snowboard instructor — 95 GEL / 35 EUR per instructor per day; gear rental — 30 GEL / 10 EUR per person per day; tours in Georgia — 300 GEL / 100 EUR (one-day tour), 450 GEL / 150 EUR (two-day tour), VIP Caucasus Adventure Gudauri–Stepantsminda and Tbilisi–Mtskheta — 150 GEL / 50 EUR; transfers — 60 GEL / 20 EUR per car, any route; apartments — 60 GEL / 20 EUR per night; hostel — 15 GEL / 5 EUR per night per person (see the Accommodation terms); drone filming — from 75 GEL (agreed individually). The deposit is part of the price; the balance is paid on site or by invoice.

Weight and surcharges (tandem): up to 80 kg — no surcharge; 80–100 kg — +100 GEL; 100–110 kg — +150 GEL; 110–125 kg — +250 GEL (only with the pilot’s approval); over 125 kg the flight is not possible. Weight counts with clothes and shoes; a check-in weigh-in is possible.

Weather: first a free reschedule to a time that suits both sides. If the reschedule does not work out — the deposit is refunded minus non-recoverable bank fees and services already provided (for example, the drive up to launch), to the original payment method, within 5–10 business days.

Arrival: come 30 minutes before your slot. Being more than 15 minutes late may cancel the slot; a no-show, or refusing because the forecast “looked bad” without the instructor’s decision, is not grounds for a refund. Full rules — in the Refund Policy.

5Weather and programme changes

Flights and some activities depend on the weather. We do not guarantee a specific day, number of flyable days or duration; the programme may change up to postponing or cancelling the day. The instructor/guide makes the final safety decision (see the Safety Briefing).

6Per-service rules

Each activity has its own admission rules. The key requirements are collected here; the detailed briefings open via the links and form part of these terms. General rules: the age guideline for all activities is up to 70; older guests should consult their doctor and refrain if in doubt. Parents or guardians are responsible for children taking part; if a child behaves inappropriately and this endangers their safety, the group or — at the instructor’s discretion — the programme, we may remove the child from the activity with the full payment retained.

• Tandem flights. Children — from age 5, with a parent’s consent and presence; under 18 requires a legal guardian’s consent. Passenger weight — 25–125 kg (with clothes and shoes); a surcharge applies from 80 kg. Details — flight booking terms.
• Academy and courses (Basic, Advanced, SIV, XC). Solo-flight training — from 16 with parental or guardian permission, guideline 16–60 years, weight up to 115 kg. The briefing and an honest self-assessment are mandatory; XC trips require a signed participant document and insurance covering paragliding. See the Safety Briefing tab.
• Buggy and quad bikes. Buggy — driving from 18 with a valid category B (international) driving licence; passengers — children from age 2 held by a parent; weight up to 125 kg per person. The driver must hold a valid category B driving licence (proof that you can drive a car). Before the ride, the driver signs a document accepting full responsibility for the vehicle. Only the person who signed it may drive — one driver per buggy, everyone else rides as a passenger. Swapping seats or handing the wheel to a passenger is not allowed. Quad bike — driving from 16 (no licence needed), passengers from age 6; up to 140 kg per quad (1–2 people). You are booking a slot in our schedule — the ride time counts from the moment the instructor starts working with you. A responsibility form is signed on site. Briefing.
• Snowmobiles. Main season: 5 December – 15 April. Snowmobiles run only when there is enough snow cover; in Gudauri snow often lies from November until about 10 May, and we ride actively whenever conditions allow. You can book dates from 15 November to 10 May. If there is not enough snow on your date, we refund your prepayment or offer an alternative: quad bikes, buggies, horse riding, rafting on a mountain river, a paragliding flight, a tour from Gudauri to Stepantsminda (Kazbegi), a transfer from Tbilisi airport to Gudauri, or a stay in our apartments in New Gudauri, next to the gondola lift in the heart of the ski resort. Family format — children from age 5 together with parents (10–30-minute tours); driving — from 16, no licence needed. Up to 130 kg total riders’ weight per snowmobile (1–2 people); over 130 kg a second snowmobile is required; weighing before the start. Freeride — up to 110 kg (one rider). Keep 20+ m distance; no overtaking without permission. Briefing.
• Rafting. Rafting routes are defined by distance, not by minutes: 5 km (≈30 min), 9 km (≈50 min), 12 km (≈80 min). Winter schedule (5 December – 1 April): rafting runs from 12:00 to 16:00, and only the 30-minute route (~5 km) is available. The rest of the year we work on the standard schedule: 10:00–18:00, all routes. The distance is guaranteed; the time is approximate and depends on the river level and flow. The stated time covers the whole experience — meeting the instructor, the safety briefing, gear preparation, the rafting itself and the transfer back; the clock starts when the instructor begins the briefing and preparation, not when the raft enters the water. Put-in and take-out points are fixed (safe spots with vehicle access); extending “to the next take-out” is not possible — that is a different route with a different time and price. 5 km run (≈30 min) — children from age 4 with parental permission, this route only; 9 and 12 km routes — from age 9; up to 5 people per raft, max 90 kg per person. Arrive 30 minutes early; helmet and life vest are mandatory; pregnancy and certain conditions (recent surgery, back/neck injuries, heart conditions, epilepsy) are contraindications and must be disclosed in advance. • Skydiving. From 16 with written permission of parents or guardians; weight up to 100 kg. Admission is confirmed by the dropzone operator, whose on-site briefing is mandatory. Participation terms.
• Horse riding. Prices are per horse (one rider per horse). Age 4–75; children aged 2–3 — in a carrier backpack with the rider, 199 GEL, under the rider’s responsibility. Rider weight up to 110 kg; a helmet is mandatory and provided on site; the instructor matches each rider to a horse. No sudden movements or shouting; alcohol is excluded. Briefing.
• Husky ride. One lap — 3–5 minutes; the musher gives the commands; children — in the same sled as an adult; deposit — 80 GEL / 30 EUR per person. Details — on the husky ride page.
• Ski school and SkyRent rental. Instructor — 95 GEL / 35 EUR reservation per day, rental — 30 GEL / 10 EUR per person per day. Gear is issued against an ID document (passport/ID) with photo documentation of its condition; from hand-over to return you bear material responsibility per the compensation price list. Rental terms.
• Tours, excursions, stay and transfers. The programme and timing may be adjusted for weather and road conditions; a deposit secures the booking, the balance is paid on site. Transfer price is per car. The return trip in the same car costs nothing extra for the road — you only pay for waiting, 80 GEL per hour.

7Gift certificates

A certificate is valid for 1 year from purchase; an extension for 1 more year costs 50% of the certificate value. It is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash: if the chosen activity is more expensive you pay the difference, if cheaper the difference is not refunded. The first reschedule under a certificate is free; each subsequent guest-initiated reschedule — 150 GEL / €50; weather reschedules are free. Paying for a gift certificate by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay adds 18% VAT; international bank transfer and Bank of Georgia transfer — no surcharge. Arrive 30 minutes early: being more than 15 minutes late cancels the confirmed slot.

The certificate is not tied to a city — only to the weather. We choose the flying location by the weather when you contact us to use the certificate; 24 hours before the flight it will be clear where it takes place. All you need is to be in Georgia.

8Client obligations

You agree to: follow the instructor’s instructions and the briefing rules; disclose health and level accurately; abstain from alcohol and substances; hold valid insurance where mandatory; sign the participant document for XC trips.

9Liability

We are responsible for organising and coordinating in good faith. We do not become a party to the pilot’s/instructor’s professional decisions in the air and are not liable for independent providers (cable cars, transport, dropzones, medical services). Nothing here excludes liability which cannot be excluded under the law of Georgia (intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury to the extent the law does not permit).

10Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia; the place of resolution is the courts of Georgia, in Tbilisi. Where they differ from informational materials (website, briefing), these booking terms prevail.
