Important Booking, Arrival & Lesson Time Policy ⏱️
1. Meeting point and arrival time 📍
Most lessons start near Café-Bar PILOT, New Gudauri.
If you need rental gear, we strongly recommend arriving about 30 minutes in advance so you have enough time to complete payment, collect equipment, change boots, and be fully ready before the lesson starts.
If you already have your own equipment and are fully prepared, arriving 20 minutes earlier is still recommended.
2. Be fully ready before the lesson starts 🎿
By the lesson start time, you should already be:
• fully dressed
• wearing ski or snowboard boots
• with equipment ready
• waiting at the confirmed meeting point
This helps the lesson begin on time and keeps the schedule fair for all guests.
3. Instructor time is fixed ⏰
The instructor works strictly within the booked time slot.
For example, if your lesson is booked from 10:00 to 12:00, it ends at 12:00 exactly.
The lesson is not extended because of late arrival, slow preparation, rental delays, taxi delays, coffee breaks, or other personal delays.
4. No free extensions ❗
We do not provide free time extensions.
Instructors often have the next lesson scheduled after yours, so respecting the timing is important for all clients.
5. Booking confirmation and deposit 💳
A deposit is required to secure the booking.
Your lesson or instructor is confirmed only after the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the lesson according to the booking details you receive in advance.
6. Cancellation, lateness, and schedule changes 🚫
In case of late arrival, no-show, cancellation, or client-requested schedule changes, the deposit is non-refundable.
If SkyAtlantida cancels due to unsafe weather or safety conditions, we first try to reschedule the lesson. If rescheduling is not possible, the paid amount is refunded minus transfer-related fees, which are covered by the client.
7. Rental equipment responsibility 🧤
If you rent equipment, please use it carefully and responsibly.
