Questions before booking
Is the calculated price final?
The calculator uses the same price list as our booking assistant, so the total you see is what the assistant quotes. The manager confirms availability and the final amount for your date before you pay anything.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather, the route and the exact start location are confirmed 24 hours before the activity. If conditions are unsafe, you get a free reschedule; if rescheduling is impossible, the deposit is refunded minus bank fees.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit secures your slot and is deducted from the total; the balance is paid on site. The deposit for each activity is shown in the calculator. If the guest cancels or does not show up, the deposit is not refunded.
Is a transfer included?
Rafting, horse riding, skydiving and husky rides have optional transfers priced right in the calculator, per vehicle. For any other route choose “Transfers”, or tick “I need a transfer” and the manager will quote it.
Which start time should I choose?
Choose your preferred time — recommended slots are listed first, other times are available on request. The exact time is confirmed by the manager in the chat.
