We collect: contact details (name, phone, messenger, email); booking details (dates, party, service); for XC trips and some activities — participant-document data (passport, pilot licence, insurance, necessary health information, emergency contacts). We collect only what is needed to deliver the service and for safety.

Contract and consent; shared only with pilots/operators/rescue as needed for the service.
Legal bases are performance of the contract and your consent. Data is shared only with those involved in delivering the service (pilots/instructors, operators, and in an emergency rescue/medical services and your insurer), to the minimum extent needed. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
4Retention and security
Kept no longer than necessary; deleted after the trip and the period needed to protect rights.
We keep data no longer than needed for the purposes above and to protect the parties’ rights, then delete it. We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect it.
