1Deposit

A deposit secures your place. Amounts: tandem flight — 95 GEL / €35 per slot; courses — €300 (Basic and Advanced), SIV — €200 per module; XC trip — 30%; buggy — 150 GEL / 50 EUR per buggy; quad bike — 95 GEL / 35 EUR per quad (30 and 60 min), 150 GEL / 50 EUR (90 and 120 min); horse riding — 95 GEL / 35 EUR per horse (45 min), 150 GEL / 50 EUR per horse (3–4 h and 5–6 h); rafting — 210 GEL / 70 EUR per raft; skydiving — 280 GEL / 95 EUR per person; husky — 80 GEL / 30 EUR per person; snowmobiles — 95 GEL / 35 EUR per snowmobile (family) and 300 GEL / 100 EUR per snowmobile (freeride); instructor — 95 GEL / 35 EUR per instructor per day; rental — 30 GEL / 10 EUR per person per day; tours in Georgia — 300 GEL / 100 EUR (one-day tour), 450 GEL / 150 EUR (two-day tour), VIP Caucasus Adventure Gudauri–Stepantsminda and Tbilisi–Mtskheta — 150 GEL / 50 EUR; transfers — 60 GEL / 20 EUR per car, any route; apartments — 60 GEL / 20 EUR per night; hostel — 15 GEL / 5 EUR per night per person (see the Accommodation terms); drone filming — from 75 GEL. Weight surcharges (tandem): 80–100 kg +100 GEL, 100–110 kg +150 GEL, 110–125 kg +250 GEL; over 125 kg the flight is not possible. The deposit is part of the service price and is deducted from the total. The balance is paid on site or by invoice after confirmation.
2Weather
A weather reschedule is free, with no loss of deposit.
If an activity does not happen due to unsafe weather, we reschedule to the nearest available window with no loss of deposit. Weather decisions are made by the instructor/guide on safety grounds. If a reschedule is not possible, we refund the deposit; payment-system fees on a refund are paid by the client and are deducted from the refunded amount.
3Distance and duration (rafting)
We guarantee kilometres (5 / 9 / 12 km), not minutes. Faster or slower because of the river is not grounds for a refund.
Rafting routes are defined by distance, not by minutes: 5 km (≈30 min), 9 km (≈50 min), 12 km (≈80 min). Winter schedule (5 December – 1 April): rafting runs from 12:00 to 16:00, and only the 30-minute route (~5 km) is available. The rest of the year we work on the standard schedule: 10:00–18:00, all routes. The distance is guaranteed; the time is approximate and depends on the river level and flow. The stated time covers the whole experience — meeting the instructor, the safety briefing, gear preparation, the rafting itself and the transfer back; the clock starts when the instructor begins the briefing and preparation, not when the raft enters the water. Put-in and take-out points are fixed (safe spots with vehicle access); extending “to the next take-out” is not possible — that is a different route with a different time and price. A difference between the actual run time and the approximate one — longer or shorter — is not a defect of the service and gives no right to a refund, discount or compensation: the service is deemed fully rendered once the stated distance is covered. If the local team shortens the route for safety reasons, the “Weather” section applies — a reschedule or a refund for the part not rendered.
4Client cancellation/reschedule
Reschedule per service; the deposit is refunded only if we cancel on safety grounds.
A reschedule is possible for the specific service and dates. The deposit is refundable in one case only: when SkyAtlantida cancels the activity on safety grounds. If the guest cancels, does not show up or arrives too late, the deposit is not refunded. If an activity has started and is interrupted or only partly completed, the service is charged in proportion to the time the SkyAtlantida team has actually spent, and the deposit is not refunded. For gift certificates: the first reschedule is free, then 50 EUR / 150 GEL.
5XC trips
Deposit 30% non-refundable, except if the group does not gather.
For XC trips the deposit is 30% per pilot and non-refundable, except if the group does not gather. If a trip does not happen through our fault or for lack of a group, the deposit is refunded or moved. Early booking −20% applies to Georgia only.
6Gift certificates
Valid 12 months; more expensive = top-up, cheaper = no refund of the difference; no cash value.
A certificate is valid for 12 months from purchase; an extension for 12 more months costs 50% of its value. If the chosen activity is more expensive, you pay the difference; if cheaper, the difference is not refunded. A certificate cannot be exchanged for cash. Reschedule: the first is free, then 150 GEL / €50; weather is free. Paying for a gift certificate by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay adds 18% VAT; international bank transfer and Bank of Georgia transfer — no surcharge. Being more than 15 minutes late cancels the confirmed slot.
7How to request a refund
Message the manager; refunds go back to the original payment method.
For refunds, write to WhatsApp +995 597 035 421 or skyatlantidabooking@gmail.com. An agreed refund is made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
