Stay & transfers: what guests ask

Where are the hostel and apartments located?

In New Gudauri, next to Café Bar PILOT — our meeting point. Lifts and activity spots are close by.

How do I book accommodation?

Message us on WhatsApp with dates and number of guests — the manager confirms availability and price and sends a deposit invoice. The stay follows the SkyAtlantida Accommodation terms.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out — by arrangement and subject to availability (+50% of the nightly rate); night check-in or check-out (22:00–07:00) — +80 GEL.

What is inside the apartments?

A bedroom, a kitchenette and a modern bathroom — see the 4-photo gallery on this page. Great for couples and small groups.

Is there parking?

Ask the manager when booking — we will point you to the nearest option for your vehicle.

How does the Tbilisi airport transfer work?

The driver meets you, helps with luggage — and a comfortable Mercedes takes you to Gudauri. You get the driver’s contact in advance.

How long is the drive from Tbilisi to Gudauri?

About 2 hours along the Georgian Military Road; longer in winter and snowfall. Departure is planned around your flight.

Will skis and snowboards fit?

Yes — tell us how much luggage and gear you have and we will send a suitable vehicle.

What about night or early-morning flights?

We arrange transfers for any flight time — agree the timing with the manager in advance.

Is the winter road safe?

An experienced local driver and a prepared vehicle. If the pass closes temporarily, we agree a new time or reschedule.

How do I pay for the stay and transfer?

Stay: the deposit is paid by international transfer or via Bank of Georgia, the balance at check-in. Transfer: deposit online in GEL, the balance on site in cash or by card. The manager sends the details and invoice.

Can the transfer include a mini-tour?

Yes — on the way you can stop at Ananuri fortress and Gudauri viewpoints. Tell the manager you want a tour-transfer.
