Booking Terms & Participation Conditions
Tandem Paragliding Flights

Please review these conditions before booking. This page explains payment rules, weather dependency, rescheduling logic, and participation requirements.

By making a booking or paying a deposit, you confirm that you agree with these terms.

Important Exact flight time may change depending on weather conditions and on-site safety decisions.

Booking Overview

SkyAtlantida provides booking and organization services for tandem paragliding flights in Georgia. Flights are carried out by independent professional pilots and operators.

Booking

Your slot is secured only after a deposit is received.

Deposit

95 GEL or 30 EUR to reserve your time and pilot.

Payment

Remaining balance is paid separately.

Fees

All transaction fees are covered by the client.

Weather & Flight Duration

Paragliding is fully weather-dependent. Flight duration, route, and timing may vary based on real conditions.

Changes in flight duration are not grounds for refunds if the flight is completed safely.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is initiated by the client, including no-show, late arrival, or change of plans.

Refund is possible only if the flight is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.

Participant Requirements

  • provide accurate information
  • inform about weight and health conditions
  • follow all pilot instructions

Weight Policy

  • 80–100 kg — +100 GEL
  • 100–110 kg — +150 GEL
  • 110+ kg — upon request

Arrival Time

Late arrival may result in losing your slot due to limited weather window and scheduling.
