About the flight

The SkyAtlantida paratrike is a three-wheeled ultralight aircraft with a total weight of no more than 115 kg (without passengers). The motor provides controlled altitude gain without relying on thermal lift; the exact route, altitude and duration are set by the pilot on the day, taking into account the weather and your wishes.

What you get: beautiful views from above, a gentle climb, a comfortable pace and video of the flight. A soft landing in a prepared zone.

Paratrike “Above the Clouds”: programme details

We invite you to experience a scenic tandem paratrike flight in Georgia with a professional SkyAtlantida instructor. The paratrike is a lightweight three-wheeled powered paraglider (maximum aircraft weight – 115 kg without passengers), equipped with a motor and propeller for controlled takeoff and smooth altitude gain.

“Journey above the clouds” follows a panoramic route over the picturesque resort of Gudauri and the Jvari Cross Pass. The total program duration is approximately 50 minutes, including briefing and flight time.

What to Expect from a Paratrike Flight in Georgia

Unlike non-powered paragliders, a powered paraglider (paratrike) can maintain stable flight without relying on thermal lift. The exact altitude and route depend on weather conditions and operational safety requirements on the day of the flight.

Depending on flight duration and conditions, altitude gain may vary during the experience. The pilot determines the optimal and safe flight profile.

Paratrike flights in Georgia may take place over the surrounding areas of Gudauri resort, offering panoramic mountain views.

Powered paragliders produce engine sound during operation. Noise-reduction aviation headsets are provided for passenger comfort.

Upon request and depending on conditions, smooth maneuver elements may be included in the program. Passenger safety remains the primary priority at all times.

Do I need training or experience?

No. It is a tandem flight: the pilot controls the wing while you enjoy the views. There is a short briefing before take-off; the gear is fitted and checked on site.

How long does the whole thing take?

up to 50 minutes from the meeting at Café Bar PILOT: settling up and choosing the format, transfer to the launch, briefing, ≈30 minutes in the air, landing and the transfer back.

Can children and older guests fly?

Children aged 5–16 fly accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Guests aged 60+ need a medical certificate. Passenger weight is 25–125 kg.

What if the weather turns bad?

We fly only in suitable conditions. If the weather says no, we reschedule your slot to the nearest window free of charge; if rescheduling is impossible, we refund the deposit (payment-system fees are withheld).

How do I book and how much do I pay upfront?

Write on WhatsApp or Telegram: date, number of guests and time. The manager confirms the slot and sends an invoice for a 95 GEL / €35 deposit per slot. The balance is paid on the day, on site, in cash (GEL) or by card.

What should I wear?

Closed shoes, a windbreaker or jacket, warm clothes in winter. It is cooler and windier at altitude. The helmet is included; a warm flight suit (95 GEL) and gloves (20 GEL) are available for an extra fee.

Will there be photos and video?

An HD 1920×1080 video of your flight is included. Professional photos, 4K/5K, 360° and drone filming are optional extras you can add on site.

How do I choose the flight format?
