📝 HOW TO BOOK
To book a snowmobile experience in Gudauri, please send us:

• number of snowmobiles

After receiving your request, we will:
• check availability
• confirm all details
• issue a deposit invoice
Once the deposit is paid, your booking is secured in our schedule.
🕒 DEPOSIT & SLOT HOLDING
A deposit is required to confirm any snowmobile booking.
How it works:
• after availability is confirmed, we issue a deposit invoice
• the deposit secures your snowmobile(s), guide(s), and selected time slot
• the selected slot is held for a limited time after the invoice is issued
• once the deposit is received, the booking is fully confirmed
Important:
• if the deposit is not received within the holding time, the slot is automatically released
• deposit amount may vary depending on activity type, duration, and group size
• all deposit details are provided individually in the invoice
This system allows us to fairly manage availability and guarantee your reservation.
‼️ DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read carefully before booking.
Deposit rules:
• a deposit is required to reserve snowmobiles, guides, and time
• deposits are non-refundable, as equipment and staff are reserved specifically for you
Exceptions:
• if SkyAtlantida cancels the tour due to weather or safety conditions, the deposit may be:
– moved to another date or activity, or
– refunded (where applicable)
Client cancellation:
• in case of cancellation, late arrival, or no-show by the client, the deposit is not refunded
• all bank or payment processing fees are covered by the client
This policy follows standard practices for outdoor and motorized adventure activities.
ℹ️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SNOWMOBILE TOURS
Before booking, please note:
• all tours start from our meeting point at Café Bar PILOT, New Gudauri
• a mandatory safety briefing is conducted before every ride
• participants must strictly follow guide instructions at all times
• riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
• unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund
Age & riding rules:
• scenic snowmobile rides: passengers allowed
• freeride snowmobiling: solo riding only (1 rider = 1 snowmobile)
• freeride snowmobiling requires a valid driver’s license
• no license — no riding (no exceptions)
Snowmobiling is an outdoor motorized activity and requires responsible behavior.
⚠️ DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY & INSURANCE
Mandatory to read before booking.
Snowmobile responsibility:
• snowmobiles used by SkyAtlantida are modern, powerful, and high-value machines
• by booking and participating, the rider accepts full financial responsibility for the snowmobile
Any damage caused during the ride must be fully compensated by the rider.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• body and plastic damage
• skis, track, suspension
• mechanical or engine-related damage
• damage caused by ignoring safety instructions
Insurance:
• personal insurance is NOT included in the tour price
• we strongly recommend having valid insurance that covers extreme motorsport activities
• if the rider does not have insurance, all damage costs remain the rider’s responsibility
