The seventh module of the “Small wings” course. Why the decision matters more than technique, why “like in the video” is dangerous, why steps and patience matter, which traps push you to fly, five questions before the descent, why we do not fly alone, how boredom leads to risk, and why refusing a flight is a skill.
Our school teaches safely and step by step, so that pilots keep flying into old age. Small wings are not extreme for the sake of extreme. It is a fast and beautiful sport where the head matters more than the hands.
Real-life example. A good driver is not the one who drives fast, but the one who does not have accidents. Most of the time he simply is not in a dangerous place at a dangerous time.
The full module text, the practice sessions and the exams are open to those who train with us. Access to the theory is included in the course fee: it runs for the whole course and for three months after it ends.
If you are training with us now, or have trained with us before, sign in with your access code. If you are a pilot from another school, access can be bought separately.
