• We operate year-round, daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including weekends).
• Buggy tour is guided — guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
• Driver requirements:
– Minimum driver age: 16+
– A driver must have a valid driving license (driver’s license / driving permit).
• If you don’t drive, no worries — you can ride as a passenger.
• 1 buggy = up to 2 guests (driver + passenger).
• Routes are point-to-point (not circles). The longer the tour, the farther we go.
• Route, duration, and pace may be adjusted due to weather or safety conditions.
• If you arrive by your own car, exact meeting point details will be shared after booking confirmation.

• Safety is our top priority.
• If weather or route conditions are not safe, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled.
• If canceled by SkyAtlantida due to safety reasons, the deposit is fully refunded.
⏱️ Time Slot Reservation
• Your selected time is reserved only after the booking deposit is received.
• Late arrival may result in reduced riding time without compensation.
• This policy helps us keep the schedule fair for all guests.
💳 Deposit Policy
• A booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The deposit is deducted from the total tour price.
• Deposits are non-refundable in case of client cancellation or no-show,
except when the tour is canceled by SkyAtlantida due to safety/weather conditions.
🚙 Driver Rules
• Minimum driver age: 16+
• A driver must have a valid driving license (driver’s license / driving permit).
• 1 buggy = up to 2 guests.
🧰 Respect for Equipment
• Guests must treat the buggy and safety equipment with care.
• Any intentional damage may be charged separately.
