If you’re planning to travel by your own car, once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the details to arrive directly at the adventure location at the scheduled time.
NOTICE:
- We operate year-round, every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends.
- A driver's license is not required to operate the quad bike.
- If you plan to travel in your own vehicle, we will provide you with the meeting location after booking at the designated time.
‼️ Deposit Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable in all cases except when the tour is canceled by SkyAtlantida due to unfavorable weather conditions or other safety-related factors.
Weather-related cancellations: If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unsafe conditions, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Client cancellations: If you choose to cancel the tour or are unable to attend, the deposit will not be refunded, as your time slot has been reserved and preparations have been made for your tour.
