Deposits are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
🌧️ The tour is canceled by SkyAtlantida due to unfavorable weather conditions.
⚠️ Safety concerns identified by our team that prevent the tour from proceeding.
2️⃣ Client Cancellations
Refunds will not be issued if you cancel your reservation or fail to attend the tour, as your time slot is reserved and preparations are made in advance.
3️⃣ Responsibility for Damages
Any damage caused to horses, equipment, or other property by the Client must be fully compensated.
4️⃣ Agreement to Terms
By booking with SkyAtlantida, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
