What clothes and shoes should I take with me for paragliding?
What to wear for paragliding may depend on the time of year, weather conditions, altitude and duration of the flight. Here are some general recommendations on what to wear for paragliding.
Dress in Layers: At high altitudes, weather conditions can change quickly, so it is advisable to dress in layers. You can wear a lightweight t-shirt or long-sleeved shirt as a base layer, a lightweight fleece or jacket as a mid-layer, and a windbreaker or waterproof jacket as an outer layer.
Comfortable pants: Bring comfortable pants that allow you to move easily, such as leggings or sweatpants.
Closed-toe shoes: Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes with good traction, such as hiking boots or sneakers. Avoid wearing sandals or flip-flops.
Sunglasses: Sunglasses are important to protect your eyes from the sun and wind.
Sunscreen: A 50 UV sunscreen in mountainous terrain is great to protect against getting sunburned.

What to wear in winter?
What to wear in paragliding, what to wear in winter? Flying a paraglider in winter requires insulated clothing which will protect you from cold, wind and snow. Here are some recommendations for choosing clothing for winter paragliding:
Base layers: Wear a thermal or moisture-wicking base layer, such as long underwear, to keep you warm and dry.
Insulated layers: Wear a warm and insulated jacket, pants, and a mid-layer, such as a fleece or down jacket. Make sure clothes are lightweight and allow for easy movement.
Snow pants: Wear waterproof and insulated snow pants to keep you dry and warm in case of snowfall or damp.
Shoes: Wear warm and waterproof boots with good traction to keep your feet warm and dry.
