Paragliding over the sea in Georgia

We offer you to take a paragliding flight over the sea in Georgia, as well as to explore the surroundings of the Gudauri resort from an altitude of up to 3000 meters. At the end of an extreme journey under the clouds, you will be able to show your adventure to friends – the cost of each flight includes video shooting in HD quality.
How will a paragliding flight over the sea take place in Georgia
Starting from the ground at the launch pad, you will fly over the mighty Caucasus mountains, the Cross Pass, the magnificent slopes of Gudauri, the Aragvi Valley, etc.
In tandem flight, an experienced instructor pilot who is behind you will control the paraglider, which means that 100% visibility will be available to you. We will arrange a transfer to the take-off site and back, conduct a brief briefing and teach you how to properly enjoy paragliding at an altitude of 3000 meters above sea level in Georgia!
Preparation for paragliding classes
The first step is to choose the right clothes – according to the season. Keep in mind that due to weather conditions, the event may take a long time, because sometimes you have to wait for some time for a favorable moment to take off. When choosing clothes, do not forget that the higher you climb, the colder it will be - the air temperature drops by about one degree every hundred meters. Bet on the wind, as well as on dampness in case of high clouds. Things should be warm, waterproof and windproof.
Shoes should be as comfortable as possible. As for protection (helmet, gloves, etc.), it will be issued to you by our staff. Also, when preparing for a paragliding flight over the sea in Georgia, you should adhere to the following recommendations:
1. To protect your face from sunlight, use a cream with SPF 50+. The thickness of the atmosphere decreases at altitude, UV rays are delayed worse, the risk of sunburn increases significantly.
2. Use high-quality sunglasses to protect the retina of the eyes.
3. If you are predisposed to motion sickness, take special medications 30-15 minutes before the start. The fact is that paragliding involves ups and downs, rocking and rotation, which can cause an unexpected reaction of the body even in people with a good vestibular apparatus.
4. Bring a camera or smartphone with a camera to take unique pictures in the sky. If you wish, you can use the services of our professional video and photographic equipment.
Briefing before paragliding over the sea in Georgia
Before going on an extreme trip under the wing of a paraglider, the pilot inspects and checks the operability of all equipment, and also tells the passenger about the safety rules in flight. When the passenger is ready, a helmet will be put on him and the suspension system will be fixed. That's it, you can fly!
How is the start and landing on a paraglider
To start a tandem flight, the instructor and the passenger need to perform a small run-up. The aircraft rises into the air due to incoming air currents entering the wing. This dream is difficult and not scary: just follow the advice of the pilot, keep moving forward until your feet leave the ground.
Landing after flying over the sea on a paraglider in Georgia is carried out with raised legs. The paraglider completely stop.
